Refund & Cancellations Policies
Garhwal Ride Travels Refund Policy:-
At Garhwal Ride Travels, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality travel experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for all customers.
1. Cancellation by Customer:
- If Cancellations of the service made 30 days before the travel date will receive a full refund.
- If Cancellations of the service made between 16 to 30 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund only.
- If Cancellations of the service made between 15 to 7 days before the travel date will receive a 25% refund only.
- If Cancellations of the service made between 6 to 1days before the travel date are non-refundable.
- In any Cancellations 20% charge of total trip will be deducted for Cancellations and remain amount will be Refunded.
2. Cancellation by Garhwal Ride Travels:
- In the event of cancellations by Garhwal Ride reserves the rights to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Special offers or discounted bookings.
- Custom itineraries or packages.
